Kākoʻo ʻŌiwi is committed to providing sustainably farmed fresh produce and we continue to strive towards a future where people can have meaningful cultural connections with the land in ways that are both educational and rewarding. Their Poi Mill, which broke ground in 2020, is just one example of how they are making headway towards their goal.

Maʻi Movement Hawaiʻi's mission is to end period poverty in Hawaiʻi. They believe it is our kuleana, or responsibility, that all individuals of menstruation age have the right to access period products, safe and hygienic places to use them, and the right to manage their bodies without shame or stigma.
